UFCW Local 1059 will cover registration costs for members wishing to participate in the event and 50% of registration costs for family members joining you for the event. IN ORDER TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS REGISTRATION DISCOUNT, REGISTRATION FORMS MUST BE TURNED IN TO UFCW LOCAL 1059 BEFORE MAY 2022. Registration forms submitted directly to Susan G. Komen will not receive the UFCW 1059 discount.

You may download the registration form here and turn in to your Union Representative or deliver to our Office with all registration costs (if applicable) bY May 2022. After registration, we’ll be in contact with you in the days leading up to the event with information about our team photo that morning and your Race for the Cure t-shirt.
